PC Design Foundry

Hi All

Been working hard on this but not had time to post an update. So here you go.

I finished three coats of matte black spray paint.

Received some black stainless steel screws from Accu. for the distributors.

I also decided to make my own. They turned out quite well.    These were striped in hydrochloric acid overnight. Then coated with three applications  Sculpt Nouveau Stainless Black  for just a couple of minuets.

Started some assembly.

Stainless Steel Feet.   These may be replaced later by aluminium ones with rubber pads.

Made some custom O-rings from 2 mm cord, it took more than I was expecting as there are some really long ones in this build.

I am now building a box to ship it in.

You sir owe me a jaw, cause mine just fell off. That motherboard distro plate looks amazing.

Hi there!

The build was very straigt forward, no mayor problems just the cpu cooler intergration was a little finnicky (swapped it out last minute, Andy isnt the culprit ;) )

Ignore the drainport holes being to big, we made a plate which fixed that issue

I realized when making the picture that the cpu tubes werent the same size redid them later, but didnt make a picture sorry. Also I switched them out for 45 degree fittings and bends ;)

Nice job! Though I was wondering, do you have any plans for the go right hand corner? Looks a bit dark and/or empty to me compared to the rest

I might add some corsair rgb stripes, but it doesnt look so dim in real life :) It may seem so dim because its lit with uv leds, it actually glows

The void will stay :) I like that clean look to the reservoirs!
