My first self built P.C. (at 25 Years old OMG)

Hey guys, so basically, as many on this Thread do, i want to check in with more expertised P.C. builders about my upcoming build.
General Info: I live in Germany, so my Currency would be good 'ol Euro.
The P.C. is supposed to game really really well (we are talking AAA Games for at least the next 5 years hopefully) and to stream, as well as beeing able to do light to mid Video editing
I have a budget of around 2000 Euro, preferrably less than more because i really need to at least buy a monitor in the future (It is not however part of the budget, but seperate, as are a new Keyboard and Mouse) (The monitor should be 1440 p at 144 Hertz btw.

This here is the Parts list i chose, going from what Linus always talks about.

What would you say? Could you make this P.C. cheaper? Or significantly better at a similar price?

Also i still have a leftover Windows 10 Education Key so that is no problem either :D (Yay University cheapo-programs)

Looking forward to the replies :)

P.S.: Been using a Lenovo Ideapad y500 for almost 6-8 years now, with an I7 and a Geforce GT 650m. Not a great time, i gotta say monitor will be

What's wrong with 25? I bought my first PC / built it when I was 27. Yet, I'm still an infantile adolescent in my mind and heart.

Be glad to be young.

And use Geizhals,  as far as I noticed, it has a better overview on the market, than PCPartpicker

Life is really challenging. I don't always suceed: )

SO you'd say for my usecase the GPU is way more important than getting a 3800X vs a 3700 X?

I mean its almost 100 Euros cheaper, so this sounds awesome. RGB is nice, but not at the cost of... well, a better P.C. i'd say

the 3800x is a slightly higher binned 3700x, which you can just overclock to or past the 3800x with PBO. with that most overclocking of zen 2 happens on the memory side, hence i chose to add in a micron e die kit, which should get you pretty far

you can swap the case to something with more rgb (an example would be the cooler master mb511 rgb), add a led strip or something along those lines. you do still have some room in your budget left

The Power supply would be highly interesting, because i think being modular would help me a lot with routing etc. when doing it for the first time (and believe me, I'm nervous af XD)

Okay so basically as long as I'm willing to tinker a little it doesn't matter which of the 2 Ryzen 7 i choose, gotcha!

But if i overclock, would that cooler be enough for the chip? I am not aware of how got overclocked Ryzen runs.

why do people forget to add fans to there budget, or fan controllers?

these are great for the price, i would recommend getting a pwm hub so you can set fan curves via software

the cooler is surprisingly good for the price, actually

i only have a dutch review on it, but with a look on the graphs you get an idea of it

to give an idea about power usage

Though I love Whisper, I found the cables a bit too stiff. And Corsair has longer warranty. But one can't go wrong with neither. Costs are very similar

Oh I always forget to mention it when recommending. I always assume, that the build will be done with 4 case fans. Certainly very important part of a rig. Temperatures, noise and looks will be grateful for not sparing on good fans

So i should really look at how many Fans come with the case and add to get 4 and a Fan controller is what you guys are saying? I mean easy, you lowered the price of the machine signifitcantly so that helps. Basically COrsair Fans and Controller should be fine for this?

Should suffice. I only wrote four, as most ATX tower cases can accomodate three in the front, one at behind.

Hey, got another Question.

For a Ryzen 7 3700x and a NVME SSD would you choose the Asus Prime b450 Plus or the MSI A-Pro Max? Both are the same Price RN.

This is approximately 1589.72 euros. The extra fans set is to replace the fans on the radiator of the cooler. Some parts might be more cheaper on some websites so be on the lookout of that. If you have any questions then quote me or tag me :) happy to help!
