Aim with the arm not the wrist. Its difficult to get used to, but it allows for better precision and flikking.

Raise your wrist of the table.

 

The reason why esports do it is because it allows for the use of lower sensitivity by compensating with more hand movement

its a music game which involves clicking and tracking, allot of pro gamers recommend OSU to improve aim, timing, tracking etc
admittedly not the best sound tracks even if your an anime fan, but you can supposedly download track maps for western titles
