I guess, it's not a realistic scenario though as if the air is so dirty you are blowing debris into your case a can of compressed air will surely pick some up on it's way to the case

A leaf blower sucks as much as it blows, a can of compressed air is much cleaner air and less turbid, less likely to cause static damage.

It'll easily spin your fans up to levels where they or other components could get damaged, and the force of the air could damage components as well. It's best to stick to canned air or one of those electric dusters like this: https://amzn.to/2Y4AInp

 

Wouldn't recommend using an air compressor either since that could cause damage due to the air pressure/velocity. If going the air compressor route, be sure to set the pressure low and keep the nozzle a ways away from any sensitive components. Vacuums are a no-go because of static buildup.

Leaf blower is perfectly fine so long as you don't stick it right in the case.

 

It is like using a power washer to clean your windows or your car.

Right up close it'll damage things but if you stand back a bit it is no different than a garden hose.

They're liquid only under pressure. As soon as they meet the atmosphere they gas. I've done it before, but was chided by a friend (and online reads like this did not encourage it anyway). I've become pretty meticulous with cleaning though, and stay with your good ol' brush, alcohol, and compressed air no matter how tedious that can be.
