do most of the cases mentioned already have 8 drive bays available or do I have to purchase additional accessories?

Enthooo Pro M by default comes with 2, can support a total of 8 with extra purchased Drives

Define R5 and the XL has 8 included (max 8), Define R6 has 6 included (max 11).

I got a computer that currently has 20tb in it that I use for tv shows and movies with PLEX. Unfortunately the case that it is housed in can only hold about 3 HDDs. Do you guys know of any case's that can hold around 8 mechanical HDDs and under 200AUD. If possible I prefer the case to be available from mwave.com.au.

EDIT: Preferably would also want the case to be able to use an ATX motherboard.

One thing to consider when shopping for a case with 8+ HDD bays is keep in mind that the case itself might support 8+ bays, however the brackets may be sold separately. If you do go with a case that requires additional brackets sold separately, check how much they cost and make sure they're available and you can actually buy them. No point if they're sold out or no longer available.

What capacity drives are you using? 20TB isn't much and can be done with only a couple of 6TB or 8TB drives.

Don't know the conversion rate right now from € to AUD but I got my Fractal Design Define XL V2 for about 100€ ... it has 2 moveable cages for 4 3.5" HDDs each. Then a few 5.25" bays as well.

Edit:

that case houses everything ATX up to WTFTX or so... it is quite big, fully filtered, comes wit 2 fans... and noise dampening.. no windows so only ninja RGB...

Cheers

That would do it. All 8 drive bays are tooless too which is a nice bonus.

Thank you Tvwazhere, now I really just need to research a psu that can connect 8 hdds. I will probably make a separate new thread for this as well. Thank you very much for your help.

Bitfenix Whisper M 450w comes with 8 SATA connectors (2 cables, 4 connectors per cable) with the ability to add another 2 cables.

Edit: ah, bugger. Forgot you're in Australia, bitfenix isn't available...

I'll get back to you with something else.
