After extensive research, DNA testing and facial recognition, I can confirm it's Nicky V.

I don't know if @wkdpaul approves of this but I find this funny since in France, "gosses" mean children while in Quebec it means a man's testicles.

It's not even a CBC Comedy video lmao.

 

Being a Vancouverite myself, I instantly recognized the video style of some fellow Vancouverites that run a YouTube channel I used to watch frequently. The actual source of the video is from a channel named iFHT (iFuckingHateThat) and they've done tons of these "How To Be" videos, and Berkel has been in some of them.

 

I love how Vancouver YouTubers all know each other, really makes it feel like a small city.

To be fair, the video the OP posted might just be funny to actual Canadians because of all the references that non-Canadians might not get ;)
