Lunch break

For those of you with 8+ hour a day jobs with lunch breaks, how much time do you get & what do you do in that time? 

 

I get 30 minutes & browse Facebook groups & LTT.

The last place I had a lunch break I got 45 min., but it was with pay so I would basically spend my time eating and doing work in between bites.

30 mins, I generally eat.

 

I use regular hours for Reddit and the such.

I get one hour.

 

I obviously eat - but typically watch YouTube videos while browsing news, forums, etc.

30 minutes, of course I use that time to eat and browse this forum or some meme site.

Depending on if I take a break with someone, I might lay the phone down for a minute.

Hour. I drive home sometimes, which means I take more than an hour in a lot of cases. I take it whenever. Sometimes I don't eat at lunch and eat at my desk later.

I don't really have a set amount of time.  Typically I shoot for 40 min.  I am eating and reading journal articles at my desk most days.  Sometimes I'll go out for lunch and those last 1-2 hrs

1 hr. Depending on the day, I'll either watch a youtube video while i eat or I'lleat for 20 minutes and browse the forum the rest of the time

I get 30 minutes:

• 10-15 minutes eating
• Remainder of lunch on my phone browsing social media/listening to music or socialising with colleagues

well, 2x25 minutes. depends on the day, but generally eating

I get an hour, I have an office job so I normally go out the office for an hour and walk about town or go to the park behind where I work and eat and smoke my life away

I have an hour break. Depends on where I'm at since I have a work area that can have me driving for a couple hours to various job sites. Most of the time I come home and eat. Other times I come home and sleep lol.

I'm still in High school which means 1.45 hour lunch break, so eat, watch TV, and play with my dogs. Best thing of it though is I only need about 3 Minutes from school home so I can really take my time
