Kinda disappointed the G.Skill TridentZ is really an Intel set and sadly there is not much info on Ryzen support.

Their Fortis and FlareX are more AMD targeted, but those are, IMO, kinda ugly..

Also, decent thumbnail. I'm glad it's not bordering the 'clickbait' side of thumbnails, but I feel like this one could have use some of the B-Roll footage screenshots, instead of the simple transparent product image copy pasterino.

extra video?

WAN show is kinda the extra video nowadays I guess. 7 LTT videos a week + WAN show

The 2400 kits are compatible with RyZen. Nothing higher though. Well not on the QVL anyway.

So on your fancy new 1800X or whatever you can have RAM that's really pretty but also really slow. Great.

Well yeah obviously I want my new fancy pants 3200MHz to actually run on that speed and that speed is what I was mostly talking about :P

if Synergy works so well why does Linus use 2 keyboards and 2 mice when he is on the WAN Show?

because the wan show is known to break all the things, and setting up synergy would make them an extra 5 minutes late each week before wan show, because those computers are only next to each other for wan show.

there's only two ways of doing RGB properly:

in the first instance, if you have RGB ram, it makes your rig look like a horrible christmas tree

in the second instance, if you can still see the difference between normal and RGB ram, you dont have enough RGB yet.

Already there bud.

Though. That geil ram is pretty good for a high speed kit since is very likely samsung.

In other parts of the world the Evo X is quite alot cheaper than the other kits. And around the same price of other 3200mhz kits without bling.

But build quality is dingy. Its basically just RGB strips on a ram when you connect the RGB headers.

i5 2400 | ASUS RTX 4090 TUF OC | Seasonic 1200W Prime Gold | WD Green 120gb | WD Blue 1tb | some ram | a random case
