Which way does CPU go?

I'm building my first PC right now and I see the arrow on the CPU. There isn't much indication on the MOBO to align it. Any tips? Installing G3258.

Match the pins on the MOBO with the contacts on the bottom of the CPU.

Refer your motherboard manual.

The arrow might be on the socket cover for your mobo

The plastic cover has an arrow, match it with the one on the CPU

also there are notches in the CPU and matching spots they fit into on the mobo
