Is the overexposure intensionally? The object is too centered.

Did you mean to focus on the reflection of the needle on the disk or miss?

I mean was it unintentional? because it is very close to the needle, and I was trying to figure out if it is the AF system being a bit off or if it was intentional i.e. you were going for the reflection and looking at some sort of blur effect around it.

It was intentionally focused like that.

You can forget the AF for these high reproduction ratios like 1.2:1

Lovely, very lovely!
9/10, I like the light falling through the windows and the whole scene blends it together properly. The only thing that I can really comment on is that roughly half way it starts to look like a slight haze instead of natural light fall.

my entry is of this lovely dragonfly that I managed to capture into nearly the tiniest detail.

Doesnt seem like any commented on this picture.
8,5/10
It looks really good, but some questions go trough my mind:
How would it look if it was taken closer (less space around the animal)?
How would it look if it was taken from little bot more to the left?

Why isn't the EXIF (image data:exposure, aperture, iso, lens) data required for photos?  I am interested to see what settings people are shooting on, and to see what editing was done.  On most other photography sites this is a requirement for a post.

You can see it if the person posting it share it via flickr, just click the image. That always possible with my pictures. I agree that everyone should do that OR post it directly here.

Can you give me a ride? - The Background dosn't really fit. I would have gone outside and used some old rugged tarmac. But I like the idea, 5/10 for me.

I also took some photographs of my ride yesterday. I tried out the D500 and the Sigma 18-35 f1.8 of a friend of mine.

I used a ton of colour grading for this!69167156-london-wallpapers.thumb.jpg.68224c6b03813de52cd5053bdbc3da0f.jpg

5/10, There's too much grading, too much going on. It almost looks like a painting it's that bright and lacking in shadows and dark areas that should be there.

I was testing out my replacement Chinon 55mm F/1.4 lens, as I managed to drop and crack the rear element on my previous one. I managed to grab a newer one on Ebay, but I'd still like to repair the old one as it's a 70s vintage and it's my main go to lens alongside the Helios 44-2.
