Strangely, I've been getting more GPU work than CPU work...too bad, my 1070GTX takes about 4-ish hours to finish a work unit while the ThreadRipper will chew one out in under an hour.

Your GPU WUs should still give you way more points than the CPU ones do. Also WU sizes vary a lot. You can get 30min units and 4 hour ones.

Use a different browser, it's a known bug. Also not getting a WU is normal at the moment. The mass influx of new people has overwhelmed the servers. They are expanding them though.

To what I understood, it depends on server availability and available task.

I just picked 3 tasks up after a couple hours with nothing available.

 

Plus I think (not sure on that) that they are very different task given how processing for GPU and CPU is different...

I've read that Fold@Home has a VMWare client but it lists vCenter as a requirement. Is there anything out there if I just have a standalone ESXI host?
