It really comes down to personal preference regarding key switches. I personally prefer the Cherry mx used by Corsair and cloned by Razer for twice the cost (so I wouldn't get Razer). Logitech uses omeron switches that are less to my liking, but are still very good. What are you looking to do with your keyboard?

Corsair and Logitech for sure. Razer is overpriced as I say that while typing on a Razer Huntsman myself. I should have gotten the k95 instead. Oh well.

Yeah building your own is quite interesting. Although you can buy a high end keyboard that you can just hot swap switches for end user ease. Or well if you are just lazy to learn to Solder.

honestly i wouldnt say that one brand is absolutly better than the other

personally i care less about the switches than about build quality

i got the logitech g513 and absolutly love it.

i cant stand things having a cheap feel to it. 

the most annoying was my old 24" LG monitor i had since college. all plastic casing/stand. that thing would make so much god damn noise. sure you might think it a monitor. how would it matter. but every time youd bump the table that thing would wobble and sqeek. not to mention if you wanted to actually adjust anything.

so with keyboards its the same the g513 is solid metall. the casing i mean. and has no flex whatsoever. the keys dont wobble and the lighting while perfectly adjustable isnt as flashy as most other keyboard because it doesnt glow around the key but only through the actual letters. love it.

so yeah i would tell you to check built quality and features. but a lot of different brands offer great products.

ive heard great things about corsair aswell. razer ive had bad experience with in the past but that was a long time ago so idk but from what im seeing they just seem to be doing the plasticy shit. not a fan myself. way to gamery for me. but if i was 13 today i might find them cool.

"If" your house has crappy ground system, use Ducky One 2 keyboard as it has plastic body, if you use aluminum keyboard it will zap you because of that crappy grounding. Or fix the grounding first before go metal keyboard.

 

Other than that get whatever most people here recommended. Leopold, Ducky, Filco are some of the better choices than those names you mentioned.

out of the 3 I would say corsair , razer makes ok switches but its razer they have issues and I really dont like the omron switches logitech uses. bu if you have access to ducky, loepold , anne obins , or filco they make much better keyboards then the rest

Also: Varmillo, Vortex, ikbc are quite good.
