I think they should have included a scroll wheel on the trackball version by the index finger, or does the left ball do that job?

 

This two trackball approach is great in games where you need to move your position and aim at the same time, like rotate. But I can also see it working in driving sims where you normally use the left hand for accel/brake and steer/shift with the right.

 

I would totally try this if it was BACK LIT, you would think for the money they charge they could include it LOL
