I see you are spending most of your money on the graphics, maybe go for a cheaper option, get a 780 and use the extra money for a better cpu! Just my suggestion
 
Windows 8 benefits APU builds more so maybe go for Windows 7.
 
The Dark Knight should be fine

It definitely performs better than the 212 (not ground breakingly better but still definitely better) it also looks WAYYYYYYYY FUCKING COOLER. Too some up my post, yes definitely get it over the 212.

Sometimes my dad cries when he buys things from simlim like his recent Asus X99  build it cost near $5000 (not $4000) if you ordered the parts via amazon he could have saved $900 +

I'd say the gigabyte board is better, partially because I own one, and partially because it has Dual Bios which is nice for whenever you have to update your bios, that way if anything messes up and the bios becomes corrupted, you can just flip a switch and you are good to go. That being said, I've updated my bios once before and it was a rock solid "automated" process, just click a button in the bios and follow the on screen instructions and your done.
 
It also doesn't seem to have Sata Express (at least as far as newegg is concerned)
