Gigabyte Z97MX-Gaming-5 vs MSI Z97M-Gaming
I'd say the gigabyte board is better, partially because I own one, and partially because it has Dual Bios which is nice for whenever you have to update your bios, that way if anything messes up and the bios becomes corrupted, you can just flip a switch and you are good to go. That being said, I've updated my bios once before and it was a rock solid "automated" process, just click a button in the bios and follow the on screen instructions and your done.
It also doesn't seem to have Sata Express (at least as far as newegg is concerned)
You can find a newegg comparison here http://www.newegg.com/Product/Productcompare.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100007627%2050001314%2050001312%20600438202%20600009017%20600491547&IsNodeId=1&bop=And&CompareItemList=280%7C13-128-716%5E13-128-716-05%23%2C13-130-773%5E13-130-773-01%23&percm=13-128-716%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24%3B13-130-773%3A%24%24%24%24%24%24%24 although as usual newegg's product information is lacking when it comes to the MSI board, but to me, just look at the pictures of the boards, the Gigabyte board looks to have more features than the MSI board.
