The Verge calling Kyle a racist in their post about taking down their false copyright strike is so infuriating. Whatever they do its okay because whoever they are against is always a racist.

I have no idea why someone would choose this over the 2080.  In the best cases it barely edges out the 2080, in performance averages it is 10-14% behind the 2080 depending on resolution. 

Google pays Apple $9 billion (some say even more) to have Google as the default search engine on safari so I find that very unlikely to happen. 

Yamaha Aventage RX-A760. I got it in 2016 so discontinued by now. Its my third Yamaha receiver I've gotten, and I've grown some brand loyalty from that. As I only upgrade for new features, first to get HDMI, then again for Atmos/DTS-X and 4k HDR.

Aside from that. Paypal also shows you the amount you are about to pay. You have to confirm it before you buy. It is entirely your fault. 

Learn C++ on your own, if you've worked with C# you should already be familiar with the basics. It's absurd to expect a university to teach you every single programming language you may want to learn, and besides that's not what a CS course is for - languages are just tools, once you know how programming generally works you're expected to learn and use whatever you need to get the job done on your own. My junior degree thesis was a project in C++ and I had never used it before; all you need is a general understanding of C-like syntax and OOP to get started.

Let me be clear, i have played Warframe, and i have enjoyed it. I stoped playing due to the game mechanics being to tied to the MTX system that it made it a hassle. I like the game type. the genre, its somthign i feel i could really get into if the right game came out.

Its in open beta .. it should still be in Alpha. Its not ready ..
There are a bunch of bugs that make it unplayable, from sound cutouts that require game restart, to crashes, to DC's , to UI disapearing. and more. They happen very often, making trying the Demo a chore.
The controlls are at best a Console analogue emulation, K/M feels terrible. This in itself makes the game a struggle to enjoy. Especialy flight.
The demo itself is poor, being introduced with no idea what the story is up to that point, and no point of reference for anything in the game.
Much like Warframe the gameplay seems designed around avoiding damage rather than mitigating it, which is ironic considering the sluggish gameplay.
Point of note here is i said 'sluggish' ,not 'heavy'. A game like Anthem should communicate a sense of weight, but its hard to feel that when the controlls are so 'slugish' and 'numb'.
 
long story short, the game feels veyr limited atm in the demo, it would have helped if i could play it all without issue to get a better idea of everythign it has to offer, but i couldnt deal with the constant bugs kickign me out from the game for one reason or another. The game when it did work also seemed, unfinished.
 
in the end Anthem came acorss to me as a game far from finished, needed more complexity added, more customisation in weapons and loadouts, better balanced combat which can include tanking and mitgating damage instead of just avoiding it, more reward for marksmanship instead of spray and pray combat.
 
Al lthat said, im not upset ..im not surprised. Its EA, it may be Bioware, but its still EA, my expectations were very low , i got what i expected, and while ill keep an ear and an eye out for how the game goes after launch, im not holding out hope in ever buying the game. EA and BioWare would have to have really hit it out the park with the game to get me to consider giving EA any money. They havnt, soo..yea. .... Moving on.

Google ad division unhappy about sales numbers.
Google Chrome division puts in a built in adblocker that whitelisted their ads. 
Then they broke Google websites in Edge to the point Microsoft adopted Chromium.
Then they break 3rd party adblockers.
Then they break Google websites in Firefox until its no longer a good experience for the average user.
Then average user is on Chrome with no adblocker but built in that whitelists their ads (not their competitors!).
Then Google Ad Division gets a 15% profit spike.

Dolby Vision is an HDR implementation, but its proprietary and exceeds HDR10. So you got it backwards, Dolby Vision displays are to my knowledge all HDR10 compatible, but not all HDR10 displays are Dolby Vision compatible, in fact most probably are not. It costs money to implement and the display has to be better.
 
Dolby Atmos can be done by I think any Windows 10 PC, its an add on in the Windows store, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/p/dolby-access/9n0866fs04w8?activetab=pivot:overviewtab
 
Install that and it enables Dobly Atmos headphone surround and Atmos bitstreaming out to a receiver. I have it myself. The receiver of course needs to support it, and you need to use HDMI out, so you don't actually need a sound card at all, the HDMI out on the GPU will work for getting it to a receiver, and the onboard audio is capable of the headphone virtualization. 
 
The main thing about Atmos is that it takes into account height and gives you sound that feels like coming from above, creating a more immersive soundscape. The headphone virtualization works okay, the actual speakers work great.
