Rainbow Dash got a reaction from TomvanWijnen in Random but legitimate looking mail from Netflix
Yeah, they don't care who or what language the receiver is. As long as they can get the person's info is enough for them.

That is a phishing email, DO NOT enter your stuff on the site it redirects you to or you will end up getting your personal info stolen.

Rainbow Dash got a reaction from Scorpion9827 in Radiator fan suggestions
Noctua's grey fans are great for budget and noise but has no RGB. I have two of them in pull and they work well depending on your fan setup, you can choose for more airflow or static pressure fans. Another fan you could look at are EK's that are built specifically for radiators, and there is Corsair SP fans that comes with their AiO coolers. I heard that Cooler Master has some decent fans with RGB, but I never really looked into them.

Rainbow Dash got a reaction from FlpDaMattress in How usable is a Pi4 running Manjaro as a daily computer?
There's a lot of pico computers you can find, like a LattePanda or a Zotac ZBox Pico.

Ughhh I have trypophobia, but it has to be a lot of holes for me. It's like looking at someone's decaying flesh that has maggots drilling holes inside it.

Rainbow Dash got a reaction from PlayStation 2 in Do you think their will ever be a single world government?
Like my prof in political studies said, "Everyone thinks differently." We won't ever see something like this happen, unless it was forced upon everyone. But then again, I hate getting into political stuff.
To add on with what I said; it is in our human nature to pursue our dreams without barriers, and conflicts happen due to different ideologies like everyone mentioned. But how do we achieve this balance you ask? We won't, as long as we all have different ideas. That brings us to why governments exists; to govern, to represent, provide stability and allow people to achieve their goals/dreams. But when you bring in laws and regulations in, it creates barriers for others, which is why freedom doesn't exist in this world. Removing the government, removes stability and order. Changing political ideology removes barriers, but creates barriers for others.

From what I can find online, 11 beeps is a cache error, and 4 beeps is system timer error. Try re-seating the ram and seeing if that works. The system timer error might have something to do with the ram or bios timer.

Right-click on This PC and select manage:
Then go into disk management:
Find your new drive right-click on it and new simple volume. Or if a pop-up box appears, you can select the new drive to be GPT or MBR, personally I select GPT so I can partition it. But after that you need to find it and format it or new simple volume.

The bios only overclocks the CPU and RAM, nothing for the GPU, unless it is the iGPU.

Rainbow Dash got a reaction from kaankayis in How should one get into Programming?
Python is the best way to start since it is user friendly and a pretty popular language. Then get into some Javascripting or Lua, and then the difficult languages without any experience with Javascripting or Lua is C++. Wait till you get into the MIPS stuff; that is where you go into banging sticks and stones to program, cause it is just a single threaded language which you would probably want to understand but not learn it. There are other languages that I have not touched but they will be easy when you get the hang of it.

I think this would be a reasonable payout since it has been 8 years since the first Bulldozer CPU came out. The lawsuit itself regarding the marketing of the CPU cores mainly in the FX 8xxx lineup of having 8-cores I believe is kind of a false advertisement; it would be like buying a really nice car that featured air conditioning but you can not use it when the car is moving. I still have my FX-8350 and it runs pretty okay, but performance is not really great for the amount of heat generated and power consumed. With Ryzen, it seems AMD changed their way of marketing without trying to really say anything that would comeback and hit them.
