There was a lot of very disturbing things about the whole disaster....Upgrading would not have helped a lot when they lied about how secure the plant was and how much damage had been done.
 
TEPCO made systematic false reporting to regulators.....The japanese government had no idea how shit that plant was.

I don't have a problem with nuclear plants per say, but I think they should be run partly the the state....Not because the government is great at running things, but because making short cuts just isn't acceptable in this area. Which is exactly what happened at fukushima.....
 
The disaster was ruled as "man-made" because the plant was simply not build to withstand neither the earthquake nor the tsunami.....Because of some rich CEO cutting corners to improve their earnings.

No but the point was that if their accounting can't be trusted, we can't trust very much from them or know how much they spend on improving safety for instance.
 
Nobody is saying toshiba causes earthquakes...But toshiba knows earthquakes will happen so will have to build accordingly.

Get as many as you want....You have a case that is purpose build for aircooling...Would be rather stupid not to exploit that fact and put some nice fans in.
 
There is no answer like "This amount of fans is enough"....Depends on your system, how warm your room gets etc etc etc.
 
I have 4 fans in my case, and I have roughly the same system as you, just a little bit better.
 
But I get a weird sense of satisfaction to see my computer running at very low temps.

People aren't looking for a handout, people need a step up! Throwing money willy nilly at the situation won't solve it, investing in education, healthcare and community programs that are designed to inform people of their opportunities is definitely the way to go. None of these solutions have been tackled properly by any party, it's because our stupid ass politicians are worried about maintaining their lofty place among the rich instead of what really matters, making laws and improvements to our country that helps everyone achieve their dreams.
 
As for oil companies, they line the pockets of politicians to have tax breaks and political buying power to keep their industry afloat. They pay off state representatives to lie about the effects of fracking and lie about the scale of thoughtless natural disasters they cause and get by with a slap on the wrist when entire communities are poisoned by their stupidity. The GOP is all about being lax and unobtrusive when it comes to regulations, and it fucking shows. More money for really rich people!!!! Why would our government really invest in other renewable forms of energy when they make SO MUCH FUCKING CASH off of oil!?!? And who is smack dab in the middle of that politically corrupt circle jerk? The GOP. They have got caught with their hands in the cookie jar many times but nothing is done because we don't have fucking term limits for these greasy bastards and speaking out against it within your own party regardless of which side is political suicide.

how I look at is, if we are talking about the very basic internet that costs next to nothing and helps people get jobs/spend money on food and such, sure why not. 

It does come in handy when applying for a job.
