So just to give a run down of what all that has been accessed of Uber's:

To say Uber was pwn'd would be an understatement. If this is entirely true, and looks to be, Uber has been massively wrecked on pretty much every single level possible. I'm not surprised given the company's history, but just... damn.

Are not the same thing.

And isnt fast startup a form of hibernation, which can come with complications. If doesnt load properly it has to do a normal boot after thus making boot times longer.

I worked for a small computer repair shop - it was a local business so usually we didn't get anything out of the ordinary. Hard drive replacements, exchange bad ram, sometimes entire mobo replacements, the usual screen replacement as well. 
 
But then one day when we got a call I answered the phone to a lady claiming that her daughter was hacking her computer. She said something along the lines that she called Sprint, who provided her phone network and they told her it was her computer... it was an interesting phone call.
 
It continued on and she explained that she thinks her daughter has her passwords and access to her bank account, and after her crazy rambling I asked "Ma'am, what would you like us to do for your computer?" She seemed to want to ask if we could somehow counter the "hack" when all she probably did was leave her computer open and her daughter probably went from there. I tried to get her to leave the phone call, but ultimately we told her to bring it in and thats what she did the next day. Thankfully I was not working, but all she ended up having done on her computer was a clean-up with virus removal (thank god)
 
Thats the only real notable story I remember from work. Other than that, I can say I hate running into people who think they 'know it all' especially a few IT guys i've run into who have a 'better-than-you' attitude. I have nothing against real IT work or people in the industry, though its sometimes ridiculous to think you know tech because you bought an Ibuypower gaming PC and your job description involves re-installing windows and turning printers off and back on again, i'm not sure if these guys count as non-techies though, most IT guys are pretty chill however. Its just the few bad ones that really need an attitude check.

Should be, I assume it's noticeably faster than my 2060 Super, and that only struggles at 4K. Plus the DLSS/RTX throughput improvements with the new cards will help when you run anything that takes advantage of that functionality. I don't remember if Nvidia Broadcast does, you can get it to run on Pascal cards so it can use normal CUDA cores, but I think it does prefer the newer stuff if available. You'll also have the Turing NVENC encoder, which is an improvement over Pascal.

Hey man, beware of the Dell TB15/16s, they are notorious for hardware problems. 
 
If you can find the newer TB19s, those are honestly the way to go. There used to be a Thunderbolt controller application from Intel, but a lot of Dell/HP laptops have Thunderbolt support built into the BIOS these days.

Not bad so far, I'd swap out the memory kit though for an alternative brand - HyperX isn't bad, but they used to have a slew of problems with their older kits. Not sure if this applies to their newer stuff. Maybe see if you can get a 16GB kit of Crucial or Corsair memory? 
 
An SSD is a must, preferably M.2 NVMe - I have that same B450M board and it should support it, so get a Western Digital or Samsung NVMe drive for your Windows 10 install.
 
I see you have "YT" in your name, guessing you do Lets Plays on Youtube? The 570 is a great little budget card, but given the shortage if thats all you can get, definitely snag it. I'm pretty sure AMD has a software called  "AMD ReLive" that will let you record games - but I'm assuming you use OBS. Not a bad starter build. IIRC, AMD Zen 3 is also going to be supported on that motherboard through a BIOS update, meaning you can upgrade to a Ryzen 5 5600x or similar later on.
