I sould be able to cool your CPU, but it will get hot and noisy, I would recommend you get a third party cooler.

Screw free to play, I hope it's as disastrous for every other studio that tries to steer to that model too. $60 for AAA games today is a great deal considering how much content we get. Hell, I can even live with $90 when you factor in really good DLC. But pay to win through the free to play model, I can't see ever buying into those kind of games.

Nastier got a reaction from DaBeggad in Doubt about PS4 Pro???
As stated above, the 4K Bllu-ray has nothing to do with playing actual 4K
However, PS4 pro doesn't have the hardware capacity to render games in 4K, so most games will be rendered in 1080p and then upscaled to 4K
It will look a bit better than FHD, but wont look as good as native 4K

    France here.
My "gigabit" connection has ~400Mb down and 40 up
I have some friends with 930 down and 250 up
1:1 is not a thing here, but it's kinda the thing with asynchronous DSL

By the way didn't see your poll at first. TBH there seem to be little practical differences between CPU generations these days, though I don't know how much this affect laptops.
As for storage, I've had an SSHD before and I don't think it was worth it. It's a great misconception out there that an SSHD will have an SSD unit acting as a some sort of cache, but that's not true.
Instead, the SSHD monitors what files you use the most and then place them in the 8 GB SSD section so your most common files load faster. I don't think this applies to system files as that would be kinda risky. As for installed programs, this might result in a faster web browser in theory, but I don't know how it works with moving around program install files.
So without keeping SSHD in mind, and also keeping in mind the statement from Seagate that 5400RPM vs 7200RPM doesn't affect speed by themselves - I would go with the one with the better CPU... if I only could choose betwen the two of them.
Personally I would keep looking and see if I could find a laptop with an SSD of 250 GB or so instead, it's not necessarily that much more expensive.

    Looks fine to me.
Unless you plan on doing video/photo editing, 32 GB of RAM might be a bit too much
Same goes with the 6700K, it's a bit overkill for gaming, but if you can afford it it's a great CPU

As for cooler, maybe you can go with an AIO liquid cooler ? Like corsair H100i ? This will help if you plan on overclocking your 6700K, and you should do it

I use a 700€ acer swift 3, I had problem installing linux on it so i'm still running windows, but it's a nice value otherwise, it has an i5, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB SSD.
(i do use a remote machine -linux- to code though, but you'll be fine with a IDE)

Do some research. There are literally a billion variables to the question you just asked, like
    - Resolution of your monitor
    - Desired framerate
    - Budget

I would say it depends of what you have.
Not having anything decent, you will probably need to replace everything, so maybe starting with integrated graphics by buying like a 300$ "base pc" and later down the road buy a GPU
If you have somthing like an fairly recent i3 and 4+ GB of RAM, i'd say GPU first (something like a RX460/ GTX 950/1050)

Bad PSU in the first place. A CX550M would be better. Also, what GPU? And no, you can't use the CPU power cable for the GPU.

Dedicated graphics card can help, but it means extra weight.
    it's all about compromises.
I managed to run unreal engine with a 6200U and no descrete GPU if it can help (it was not on a complex level)
