Yeah, a Quadro is the ideal but professional cad workstations cost $4k+, the benefits of performance in cad are seen from CPU's more than GPU's so I would get a 1060 6GB or 1070, no need for anything better, at that point, it is diminishing returns. My first purpose-built cad machine had an i7-6700k, GTX 960 4GB, and 32GB of RAM.

Lol, a 980 Ti is more powerful than a 1060 6GB, at gaming it is the same as a 1070, and for rendering work it is much more powerful than a 1070 thanks to how many Cuda Cores it has.

    Welcome to the forums!

What is the price difference between the two? if it is less than $30 just get the one with the built-in wifi card as that is nearly the cost of one.

I had GTX980Tis and GTX1070s.  Both traded blows all the time.
The GTX980Ti is still a fairly strong card when tuned in correctly.

DailyProcrastinator got a reaction from PlayStation 2 in Corsair CX750 orignal vs CX750M prices?
PSU efficiency rating has nothing to do with how long it will last or how well it is made... You can buy some terrible 80+ Gold or 80+ Platinum PSU's that are significantly worse than the Corsair CXM, recommending a PSU for its efficiency only is terrible advice.

The new CXM units (grey label) are better build quality than the original CX units (Tier 5 I believe).

@Ingram88 That PSU upgrade is well worth it, it is better quality than the old CX units.

Watch some YouTube videos on what you want to do. But the best way to remove dust is to buy a can of compressed air, you do not want to wipe down components with a cloth that can introduce electro static, that can kill components.

I've also heard that you'll be a lot cooler with heavy metal, or even death metal.

Look at a used GTX 1080 or 1080 Ti, that will be a big performance gain, that 950 is holding back your CPU.

Is this the CXM with a green label or grey label on it? The CXM PSU's are a more 'budget' option from Corsair and are typically a noisier PSU, I had a green label CXM long ago and it was a very noisy PSU, the green label units are quite poorly made as well.

Why do you want your AIO at the front of your case for intake? Your overall thermals will be worse than placing your AIO at the top of the case for exhaust.

No. Let's think about a 6 pin connector that has only has ground and 12V in it.. there's 2^6 different combinations that that can be alone.
