  1. Well his PC is in another decade. OP mentioned it in their first post. Anyway, is eating chicken free? If it is, try running it and go from there.
  2. If bottlenecking was the issue, the CPU would be at 100% all the time. OP said it was 60-80% only.
  3. Gammaxx 400 is good but the arctic is better. What is the price difference?
  4. Yes, there is absolutely nothing wrong getting an 'ok' 750W PSU. The issue here is that: 1. It seems like OP is on a budget. Someone buying a 1050 Ti probably doesn't want to overkill on a PSU. 2. You can get a 500W unit of more quality for the same price aqua 750W unit with lesser quality . 3. Not many people need 750W units, (EVGA 1080s SC in SLI take about 400 watts alone. It doesn't make a lot of sense if you have a 1050 Ti and you buy a 750W power supply.
  5. What PSU are you using? If its low quality get another one.
  6. Ok thank you, so no difference...
  7. I know it includes it but is the included TIM better or worse than my existing Deepcool Z5 I have? Thank you.
  8. Isn't this somewhat outdated? OP of that thread still refers to 'high end FX 8 core'.
  9. Do you actually use those pads persobally?
  10. Yep, this thread should be in the "peripherals" subforum. I own a G402 and the hybrid grip you mentioned works great. I cannot speak for the G203 or G102 because I have limited time with them (I switched one time with a friend).

    H7 enough?

Yep, the Cryorig H7 is a good CPU cooler for nice OC'ing.
  12. Ah sorry, thank you. Anyway to OP, that power supply is good for the upgrade to the RX 580.
  13. NVidia is controlling the prices of both Pascal and Turing cards. Remember, they (and AMD) kicked production into overdrive during the cryptocurrency craze and basically the bulk of the stock arrived when mining was slowing down. There is a lot of excess inventory for Pascal, so to avoid new RTX cards from competing with them, they have higher prices for Turing. It will probably not drop below $500 anytime soon.
