GPU ffor a 3D modelling build (autodesk inventor 2015)

I am trying to help out a friend for school. the assignment is to created a build for the 3D modelling software (autodesk inventor 2015) never heart of it.

I am here in this subforum to find out more about recommendations for the GPU.
The site says a recommended 4GB of VRAM and DX11, which is pretty common by now.
I've heart that engineers use Quadros for CAD? idk is this is the same kind of software.
Also i think the Quadro lineup is a little to expensive for the 2000eu budget(no peripherals).

Any cards to recommend and why?

can get a r9 570/580 for pretty cheap they come with 8gb vram

 

if you can get a 1080ti used can get the 11gb vram it has

They have unique drivers from Nvidia that allow for aiding in 3D work and rendering, very expensive but if time is money then you should look into it, because it would pay itself off.

don't listen to the requirements as they don't know what your specific needs are

Yeah, a Quadro is the ideal but professional cad workstations cost $4k+, the benefits of performance in cad are seen from CPU's more than GPU's so I would get a 1060 6GB or 1070, no need for anything better, at that point, it is diminishing returns. My first purpose-built cad machine had an i7-6700k, GTX 960 4GB, and 32GB of RAM.
