News flash Microsoft pirates don't care as they actually prefer to not get the free upgrade. Reason for this is most of us (PC enthusiasts) tend to like to do a fresh install when a new Windows launches. It won't take long for the new activation protocol to be broke and KMS emulators are updated to legitimately activate copies of Windows 10.
  Actually you do as Microsoft officially publishes the SHA1 of these ISO's on MSDN. When you grab an ISO from the web all you have to do is match the SHA1 to know if you have an official copy of Windows that hasn't been tampered with (straight from Microsoft). You can't fake a SHA1 hash as the algorithm can't be broken with modern hardware.

Looks to me like they're going to announce a new Android tablet. I hope it has even more streaming options to follow up to the Shield tablet. Maybe there's a possibility of increased Nvidia GRID integration?

I have the same problem... I have enough for both of them... Another GTX 970 for SLI & New IPS Monitor OR Samsung Galaxy Note 4, no contract.

I want it just for the color of the buttons.

You'll only see a benefit from 144Hz if you constantly pull 144 fps or more. I'd say it's not worth it for you unless you know you're going to upgrade your graphics card soon.

So I'm in the market for a new IPS monitor. So far I've been looking at the ASUS VN248H-P and Dell S2340M. My budget is around $200 CAD. So what suggestions do you have?
 
Some things to keep in mind:
- I'm Canadian and our prices are pretty inflated so $200 in the US is not equal to $200 here
- Needs to be IPS
- Can be 23.x" as long as it's close to 24"
- No glossy screen
- Prefer slim bezel design

The Strix 970 is a strix 970, what more is there to say. You've got the performance of a 970 with what I think is a very sleek and sexy cooler, never been a fan of the MSI twin frozr look, I'm superficial. Would I recommend it? Well if you can justify it to yourself and can afford it go for it. There are also countless reviews from tech youtubers out there on the card. 

"Only". The only thing 600W cannot run is either an R9 295X2 or possibly TItan Z. 
 
As for which card is better bang for buck it really matters on the actual pricing of the 2. I would say upwards of about 70-100 is worth getting the GTX 970 because less heat, less power draw, amazing overclocking potential and (soon) MFAA.

200W for an i5?
750 W for a single GPU rig? Even 450 W is plenty, though ~500-600W is generally preferred..
 
750W does allow headroom for SLI in the future, but otherwise you don't really need as much power as the overkill amounts that manufacturers like to recommend. 
 
Edit: NVM, I misread your post and didn't realize that you meant 750W for dual GPUs..
That being said, I don't really know why we're talking about SLI rigs on a topic about an ITX GPU, because ITX cases/boards can only fit one card..

970.  The 970 has proven that it is on par with the 780ti in most instances(PCper, TechReport, Tomshardware, techpowerup) and when OC'd can be equal to a stock 980, so I say go with the 970.

I wish saying something was "too hard" was a legitimate excuse in my job too.
