Same thing happened to my mic on my cloud's. Except instead of static it would random boost to 100000* in volume and then stopped working altogether.
I was planning on ordering some stuff on amazon so I just added a Blue yeti that was on sale to my cart.
 
Anyways if you want something on the headset IIRC Modmic is your only choice. Maybe Kingston HyperX sells replacements?

A gun is no danger to anyone, it is an inanimate object, PEOPLE are the danger. And disarming those who would victimize no one does not protect them or make those who WOULD any less dangerous.
 
Guns take very few lives. In america you are more likely to be killed by medical malpractice, a car accident, or a disease than by a gun, as a victim or on purpose, to the tune of as much as a thousand times the likelihood depending on how you choose to parse the data.
 
The vast majority of gun owners are no threat to anyone. And your allowance for the use of violence against such people because you dislike guns is hypocritical.
 

I only listen to eDubble. Not just for hiphop/rap. But at all. His music is all I listen to.
I own just about everything he sells and wish he sold more of his music on itunes or what have you (the majority of it is available for free).

one of the main reasons is the devs have your money so it encourages them to release a sub par game.

Well everyone should be in the kitchen. That's where the food is. NGL my PC is basically in the kitchen. (maybe I'll move it to my room soon).
But yeah for the actual sexism in the industry I'd probably say at this point it's more targeting males (I.E make a sexually appealing character in a game and you get blasted for "sexism").

I think it's a large stereotype that women are discriminated against/not wanted in the video game industry.
At this point in time I don't think there's much actual discrimination among devs but more focused on censoring their creations by claiming it's sexist.
A good example of this was the Mika (spelling?) buttslap thing that was in the streetfighter V beta which mysteriously disapeared after a bunch of people go pissed about it. (IDK the specifics really, just the basic run down of what happened)
Bottom line for me is, I don't care what sex you are, if you make good games and don't censor because the mob gets mad at you who gives a flying fuck.

Yes, it is quite ignorant. But I say it for a reason.
But with all the kerfuffle over women in gaming you're very, very likely to hear about it if something happens (and is taken to the public).
But I'm fairly confident there is very little of it.
