Try resetting the uefi and retry the overclock start off with a slight undervold and work your way up. Try downloading more freon but stay away from the torent sites some of the freon is corupted with water.
Make sure the firewall isnt causing an issue. Try linux as microsofts latest car os has removed the compressor. they removed the compressor for this ne metro ice that turned out to be useless.

I would wait. My R9 380 hates Vsync in some titles now. Lowering the games to 30fps in some cases when they can easly get triple digit frame rates. AMD still has a lot of work to do it seems.

windows update kb random number     this update allows telemetry data colected and stored we mean stolen(evill laugh) from your pc wich may include web searches, mp3 files private photos and web cam/microphone feeds  to place 30+ second ads prior to booting up windows. update must be installed or windows will fail to load.

Lol my the beagle my wife bought 3 yrs ago did about $100-150 in damages to my dual monitor gaming rig.
Thank god for ebay and $2 cables. Although it cost $89 to replace my surround pc speakers with same model. Now if i could get our new puppy to stop stealing our socks lol she even tries to eat food with them in her mouth

I tried "powercfg /lastwake" and something TeamViewer-related was listed there, so... that's what it is, I guess.

U could try....
In command prompt(admin mode)
Type powercfg /lastwake
Do this after it wakes
u could also try powercfg /energy. This will do a 60 second evaluation.
Its helped me sometimes with mynsleep issues.

so i had to reinstall windows 10 because  it ghad originaly installed with out the raid driver installed and crashed when i tried to reactivate raid
 
 
so now it wont let me reacivate my windows insider copy its saying my the activation server has determined the specified key has been blocked.
 
 it wont even let me activate insider  and is saying i have home edition when i m using the pro edition iso
