That picture shows my old test with c15 on my Xeon D 1541 (already in the doc), and the just retested on the EXTREME version. 
 

Your whole issue is that you are using HDDs, SSDs would help a lot.
Your next bottlenech would be CPU, 4c4t is not a lot for 2 VMs.
 
But SSDs should be a night and day difference 

It looks like the standoffs are the same, so as long as the power connectors are standard ATX, you should be fine.

Not sure why my brain kept thinking 3990 is the number of cores it has, and for the price of $3990 where the cores are $1 each is a epic deal.

Using only one stick, you will lose the benefit of Dual Channel memory, which helped with my laptop quite a bit.

It is -- it's a console exclusive, let's put it that way.  And let's face it, many people would rather buy a console than drop much more on a PC that can keep up, so these kinds of exclusives make a difference.

I didn't even know WinRAR was still current. Within my visibility, I think I only ever saw it widely used in the early days of the internet when general piracy was higher, and then mostly for sharing of said pirated content. Legit users mostly used pkzip or lha. I just use 7zip now which is completely free.

VALVe had to bring the Half-Life franchise from the dead to try stop losing money on these haha, I wanna see how this cash grab is going to play out... likely Artifact version 2.
This is a great shame... VALVe was reference in the industry and now they don't really seem to know how to make games any more.

Most of them are $195 while the metal band versions are $215, I love the fact it lasts to long and charges so fast. I always felt e-ink screens it the way to go for a smart watch. Fossil conciders this to be a hybrid watch but unlike there others it has a screen, while there past hybrid smartwatches uses analog hands to show notifications.
This seems to use a custom OS and requires there app on your phone to manage the watch.

A thick ass smart watch with a day battery life and a reflective screen is such a compromise in 2019. 
I'm glad there's some pebble-like options creeping back out there. 

I'm so glad that more epaper display watches are coming out. I loved my Pebble watches and was hoping for a more premium watch to come around with an epaper display. Hopefully the software isnt garbage. 
 
Edit: the website states that it's only Bluetooth 4.2, which seems like an odd decision in late 2019.

I'd still be skeptical personally.

Cool! I feel like a grumpy old man saying this, but I've never gotten used to Discord and I can't bring myself to use it consistently. It has its perks, no doubt, but I still prefer Teamspeak. The only real advantage I see is the fact that it is free, but I'd never had a problem finding someone who hosts a TS server.
