Only Xeons can be used in multi-CPU configurations. There's no such thing as dual i7.

Remove the bios battery(and all heatsinks) and put it in the dish washer(by itself). Rinse it on the "regular" setting on your dish washer(and warm/heated water but not heated dry!), and allow plenty of time to dry(I shake it off like Taylor Swift, give it a good blow job with my air compressor, then let it sit for two-to a few days). "If its already fucked then there is no harm in trying to fix it"
 
I'm not joking about putting your motherboard in the dish washer, I've done it before and it doesn't mess it up. The only time electronics get messed up from liquids is if they are powered on(the liquid then causes a short and bam, dead, but if there is no power then there is no short, brilliant).
