Probably still more expensive than a 1440p Korean Monitor. I bet it is still 1080p 22-24 inch for about 400-450 dollars.

I'm really not gonna be surprised if this is gonna be another 1080p monitor -_-. The branding will surely eliminate the words "I have money to spend, what should I get!"

I'm guessing the following:

  • 23 to 24 inch widescreen display
  • 1920x1080 resolution
  • 120Hz + refresh
  • G-Sync

I would rather have 60hz IPS or VA with Gsync than 120hz TN.

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania, Europe, Earth, Solar System, Local Interstellar Cloud, Local Bubble, Gould Belt, Orion Arm, Milky Way, Milky Way subgroup, Local Group, Virgo Supercluster, Laniakea, Pisces–Cetus Supercluster Complex, Observable universe, Universe.

Spoiler

12700, B660M Mortar DDR4, 32GB 3200C16 Viper Steel, 2TB SN570, EVGA Supernova G6 850W, be quiet! 500FX, EVGA 3070Ti FTW3 Ultra.

I definitely agree. But 'gaming' monitors are almost always laughable, really. They focus exclusively on response times and refresh rates rather than image quality or resolution.

I'm just saying what I expect the monitor to be. Most certainly not what I wish it to be. :(

I swear asus and their ROG branding are trying to take over the world.

They already have, think about it. The only thing left for ROG to make is heatsink, Case (I know they have the prebuilt case but I mean an empty case), RAM, and a power supply and you can have a fully built ROG computer now. Well minus the intel or AMD CPU that is.

I'm curious as to how many 120hz monitors you've owned.

I've not owned any, however I have used an Asus branded model and the quality wasn't much worse than an IPS panel. With color calibration everything looks almost the same.

I definitely agree. But 'gaming' monitors are almost always laughable, really. They focus exclusively on response times and refresh rates rather than image quality or resolution.

They should do a 2560x1440 2560x1080 1920x1080 all IPS, all G-Sync, Priced at 700, 550, 400, respectively. They'd sell out in five minutes.

My guess, 1920x1080 IPS G-Sync for 500+.
