Eh whatever my budget is at a specific time, I'll just get whichever offers the best performance under that amount. And that varies.

I'm not quite sure why, but I will always buy an Nvidia card over an AMD card (at least, at the moment). I think it's because I see Nvidia as a more premium option, whether they are or not. I think their software is much better than AMDs.

Also, I really like physx when it is properly implemented, like borderlands 2. It's the only game I use it in, so physx is not a deciding factor.

Thumbs up  amd for R9 series naming(if thats even a word), it sounds badass. But at the end i would go for best performance card I could afford.

I will buy which ever has the best performance for a given price. 350-400 USD is the sweet spot for me when it comes to buying Graphic cards.

The R9 290 fit my needs, whereas the 780 still costed $100 more and was pretty much the same in performance.

EDIT: I just saw your post above.

They both are literally the same. One being 10% faster, other one 10% slower, the slightly faster one is 100$ more expensive and the slower one is 50$ cheaper.

Going with AMD for this poll because nvidia didnt design a semi-passive mode like you see on power supplies for their gpu's when they idle.

in performance i prefer NVIDIA but in Price i would go for AMD

so its either an ATI 5450 or TITAN Z

to my experience: amd has much better drivers and features.

better performance better price usually. But it doesnt matter since Il check and get whatevers best.

Like this gtx 670 faster then 680s that costed 360$ while the vegea reference model costed 420$ fortunatly it worked, so I win ( the hd7970 costed 450$

Altough I think I havent looked enough at the hd7950, the reviews where pretty negative when it comes to DOA and singificant problems with non-ref models.

No it's not. He prefers nVidia because he thinks the performance is better, and he prefers AMD's lower prices.

It makes perfect sense.

your sarcastic? I hope

Where's the 'Both' option?

in that case you dont vote or vote for both if allowed, but OP polling skills are at newb level.

voting for both is what he should of done, because it does change proportionality. its not a none value vote.
