I need a cheap, but loud sound system.

At home, I have a 5.1 system from Samsung, with a big subwoofer, and when playing music (even though it's only 2.1), it sounds amazing, especially at high volumes.

 

The subwoofer delivers great bass.

 

Now, I want a setup like this for my room. 

 

Budget of $100 - $150.

too many to mention, ever since i got a good expensive headphones, i never upgrade my ancient speakers from 2000's.
