No Internet, but there is

Capture.thumb.PNG.945af9a2cd19030cccbe8265e5fd1021.PNGSo, simple, it says I have no internet, but I do. Honestly, the little yellow icon is just really bothering me. I've reinstalled the drivers, and tried "too troubleshoot" the issue Windows thinks it is, but it just resets the adapter and reboots, and doesn't do a thing. Anyone thing they can help?

offtopic: that avatar is the most annoying thing since Tiny Tim's voice

Seems to me like a glitch. Typical Windows 10. You could try this in a CMD:  netsh winsock reset catalog  that should fully reset the connection and caches associated with it. The troubleshooter doesn't do this.

It appears to be a widespread issue right now, though.
