How to remove chrome address bar search prediction?

How do I remove list of websites that come up as soon as I start typing on the address bar?

shift+delete

Or if you want to delete all of them, you can clear your history, all of it, using Ctrl + H.

1. Open Chrome.
2. In the top right, click the Chrome menu  .
3. Click Settings > Show advanced settings.
4. In the "Privacy" section, uncheck Use a prediction service to help complete searches and URLs typed in the address bar.

type until it comes up, use the down arrow to select the option you want to delete, press shift+delete

You have to delete one by one. You cannot however delete any suggested link that shows up that are bookmarked
