So if I graduated from a university in newfoundland say it's memorial university, will I be able to get a post graduation work permit that allows me to work in Ontario?

I take it you're not a Canadian citizen?

If you are, then you don't need anything.

If you're not, then it all depends what it says on your work visa, assuming you have one. You probably only have a student visa.

System specs:

4790k

GTX 1050

16GB DDR3

Samsung evo SSD

a few HDD's

Say I graduated, I will be getting a PGWP in newfoundland for 3 years (or atleast that's the case in ontario from what I heard from a sibling)

will I be able to work in ontario with that?

As far as I'm aware, Graduate Work Permits, and Post Graduate Work Permits, don't have a specific location attached to them. They are Federally recognized permits, so in theory that means they're good in any province.

With that in mind, they do expire after a set period, which is no longer than your period of study was.

I would most definitely consult an immigration/work specialist though. Contact the University and speak to the student union, or if there's a department that specializes in job placement or international students.

To be clear, immigration is PURELY in the jurisdiction of the federal government and federal agencies.  Provinces have no say over immigration.

If you are a Canadian citizen, then you are fine.

It's implied that he's an international student, and therefore not a Canadian Resident or Citizen.
