I was wondering, will this work? It says OEM at the end so I'm not too sure and I want to be safe.

Actually is the difference between actually gaming something decently and not :/

 

The full 1030 can play gta v in 60fps with good adjusting of settings the lesser can't any more in 1080p

You can still pick the 6790 up WAY cheaper than a 1030.

Honestly, I'm only going GT 1030 because I just want it to be able to output display but be faster than my integrated GPU (hd 520) that I've had forever. The prices are too crazy right now, even though they are going down. I'd much rather get something like an RX 550 compared to the GT 1030, but they're currently priced around 115$.

Building, Ryzen doesn't have integrated GPU and the HD 520 I was referring to came as integrated graphics for the i5-6200U

I did not "miss the boat" on the Ryzen Apu's. I actually intend to upgrade to a much better GPU as soon as prices are at MSRP again. Possible GTX 1060 or higher. I was originally going to go for GTX 105Ti/RX 560 but I forgot to add in the price of Windows. Instead, I might just get the GTX 750 Ti. I don't know why I didn't think of the used market.
