How to prove to a stupid guy that integrated gpu is an actually an gpu

Now ive talked with someone says there isnt 4k above 60hz becuase of cpu 

and i said there is 4k 120hz and he said there isnt,

and after that he said integrated gpu in the cpu is not gpu 

its the cpu process.

And i said its gpu.

And he stills not believes me

Any idea how to prove it to him?
I know english isnt my main language and i didnt learned it well.

But still peoples like him makes going crazy.

Grab Ryzen and show him that GUI's will not load. 

Grab CFL and show him that GUI's will load. 

Still skeptical? 

Grab Ryzen APU and show him that GUI will load. 

Still skeptical?

If it was an older person, What they said does make some sense. Early computers did use the cpu to (slowly) process you ui as parallel processing gpu's where not a mainstream thing yet. with modern chips, a dedicated GPU on the die or ever a separate entire gpu die on the same substrate as the cpu is deffinitly a thing though.

I know but only 4 colors at the same time that affected performance heavily

Step 2: Plug monitor into motherboard

Step 3: ?

Step 4: Profit!

Show him Xeon E3 series CPU's.  Display outputs on the board don't work, no intel graphics in device manager.

That pretty much said it all right there... AMD has been stuffing GPUs on the CPU die since 2011. AFAIK Intel has never "made" any sort of GPU. Even the new 8th gen core CPU have AMD Vega M chipset for the GPU. Sounds to me like that person was desperately back pedaling after you mentioned AMD's Ryzen APU.

i740 back in the day.  First AGP card if my memory is working right.
