Granted but it's with beta bios and you don't have a zen 3 CPU.

 

I wish CPUs somehow still had L4 cache or big amounts of L2 (such as 6M).

Should have mentioned that it leaks radon.  Some of them do.  Carcinogenic  gas makes things extra fun.

Granted, it’s a below average pc made out of $6000 worth of pennies.

I wish for something good to eat.

Granted, you completely cover the fridge in magnets before realizing you can’t take them off.

I wish I had more trains in the lost rails.

I live in misery USA. my timezone is central daylight time which is either UTC -5 or -4 because the government hates everyone.

Granted but the ambient temp is so high you can’t run it and it throttles anyway. 
 

I wish I had the focus to get my stuff done.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.
