There are provisions in Australian law that prevent companies from using complex legalese in consumer contracts and EULA's.  Basically if the terms are unfair, unreasonable for the product, unexpected given the advertising (e,g facebook saying privacy is important to them and you can chose who sees your posts) or is hard to interpret,  the court can find in favor of the consumer.  E.G it can be considered unreasonable that facebook would need permission to share your posts with people outside you permission group in order to provide the service it does, so it could be argued that burying such a condition in the EULA or ToS is unreasonable and invalid.  Thus it becomes a legal  privacy issue. 

Grammar and spelling is not indicative of intelligence/knowledge.  Not having the same opinion does not always mean lack of understanding.

Anything that takes the average socialite and makes them consider actual meaningful problems for even a moment is a considerable achievement.  This won't end something like FB unless they mismanage the damage control, and achieve something with pride and accomplishment that EA would be impressed by.
