Im on a budget and i can get this ssd but is it good?

If you don't give us a budget we won't be able to compare it to other options. Provide a pcpartpicker link maybe?

Assuming you're not looking to swap out that HDD for the SDD, honestly - I would get the largest SDD you can slip into your budget and focus on running your OS off of that (and use the HDD for storage of files and videos and all that).

Windows 10 is approx 20 gbs -- 64gbs /might/ fit all of your system and core files - but I am not certain.
