Amazon are having a f*cking joke

A Silver

The cooler on my GTX 1080 was coming off and I couldn't repair it so I sent it back to Amazon and ordered a new one. Two days later and nothing arrived and on the third day, Amazon delivered something but it was a fucking box of feeding hay for an animal, not a £600 GTX 1080. What the fuck, I am now out £600 and have a box of hay instead of a GTX 1080... I don't care that Christmas is a busy time and that it came late, they should have at least gotten the fucking item right...

Contact Amazon and they'll sort it out, eventually.

 

For those saying send it back to manufacturer, under UK law your contract is with the place you bought it from, and they should be the 1st place to go to for any resolution. There are exceptions, for example, EVGA say on their packaging NOT to do that, and contact them for assistance. But that is something they choose to do, but are not legally required to do. It is in addition to legal rights, not instead of.

Did that and they said the correct item will arrive within 24 hours. hopefully they are right.

That's definitely a new one.  I'm sure Amazon will fix their screw up.  I haven't heard many people complain about bad experiences with Amazon. This company seems pretty keen on keeping their customers happy.

When I finally gave up on NCIX ever shipping my order i ordered the same parts on Amazon and nearly everything arrived in 2 days (despite only selecting the regular shipping time).

even if you dont have an issue and contact them you can get free shit lol, thats how good they are

And horse dewormer, which I've bought a couple of times. Good stuff too. Also kills scabies and bed bugs in humans, which now seems to account for a large proportion of the sales in the US with bed bug infestations so common.
