I have speced out a pc and wanted your opinions on the hardware chosen.

(look at the attached image) Skjermbilde.PNG.1af1f3e0dfb13de53619a73f2667b933.PNG

I want a pc that can handle new games at a 1080p resoloution and be able to play them for atleast 2-3 years, i am also a "hobby" photgrapher who uses Lightroom and Photoshop alot.

Thank you for the opinion! :)

I will make updates as the pc is built in early 2018 :)

The hardware chosen has a cost of 1524 USD, i use a site called komplett.no, it is the largest computerhardware site in Norway :)

This is about $1500 USD. I'll see if I can use that site and make a list at about that.

You can get windows 10 for free from microsoft

Ditch the SSD and try to find a better motherboard, like an ASUS PRIME X370 PRO, just buy the SSD later

You'll want a Hyper T4 cooler minimum, that one likely isn't much better than the stock cooler

and buy a case like the Masterbox 5 that actually has airflow

What is your budget/country for your new PC?

what monitor resolution/refresh rate?

What games or other software do you need to run?

Looks decent on the surface, but please do not go for that power supply.

You should also consider not going for that motherboard if you want to do any overclocking or are looking to run your memory at full speed. That Coolermaster CPU cooler also won't be much better than what is included with the Ryzen 5 too.

As for PSU, you are better off with a CX550M, much higher quality unit that is actually meant for a system sorta like this. Or a Coolermaster VSM 550.

As for motherboard, Asus and AsRock have better options in this price range.

For the cooler, I would almost be inclined to say go for the stock cooler.

Yeah i know, everything in Norway is alot more expensive than other places, that is why i posted here because all the build guides do not translate into a norwegian budget... i have a budget of equivalent 1000 USD.....
