Ryzen 7 with a T2

Gamebender197

I have an old A6-6400k without a cooler so I bought a Hyper T2 to have a running computer. I plan on getting an R7 1700 soon, and me being the cheap guy not wanting to waste his money, wonders if the T2 will do a better or equal to job than the stock cooler? I dont really plan on overclocking, let me know your opinions, thanks!

The stock cooler will probably be comparable. I'd just use it.

If you don't overclock you'll be fine. I have a much better air cooler (Cryorig H7) and it can barely keep my 1700X cool at 1.3V when under Cinebench load.

Video is missing some key info, like which CPU they were tested on. I imagine with stock settings, which would make them actually even overall. Since T2 is noisier, one needs to lower fan speeds and that will make difference in performance less a thing.
