SpeedFan is your friend.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

i have Azza Titan 240x case with stock fans but i cant find info for those fans..

Edit: I'm reading further down you state they are directly powered from the PSU, unfortunately my post won't help you there.

Additionally motherboard manufactures often make software for their boards, normally it can be found by going to their respective website
