He does bring it up quite a bit but I've been trying to turn it away from the conversation. After our "arguement/discussion" on Saturday, I've decided to stop talking about but I wanted to put the poll up to see others opinions on the matter.

Yes, I consider this definitely as cheating. Still, it's his business and if you can, try to stay out of it. It wont do any good keeping arguing about it.

When I was in uni, we had a flatmate who had a ridiculously clingy girlfriend, we called her "crazy eyes" because she looked like the more evil version of the overly attached girlfriend meme. Anyway, this guy was flirting with some other girl and would often bring him back so he could play his violin to her (he literally had a violin, and he was shit). We assumed they slept together. So December comes and we all have a meal together, surprise surprise crazy eyes comes over for an unannounced visit and this was AFTER he had invited the other girl to join us. Long story short we had to go sneak out of the kitchen and play cards in one room because shit flew.

"Cheating" per definition? No...

"Attempt to Cheat"? Absolutely

 

And half the time "Attempted (crime)" is seen as almost, or just as bad as the crime itself
