Does NVIDIA Reflex work with FSR3 Frame Gen?

In Starfield you can use FSR3 Frame Gen on 20 and 30 series Nvidia cards. I use the 3060Ti and use Frame Gen. Although I can feel the input lag. I also turned on low latency to ultra + boost but I am no sure whether it works or not.

You can measure the latency difference by using RTT overlay, though it should make a bit of a difference.

DO NOT mess around with afterburner if you don't know what you are doing this is a overclocking software and you can damage your gpu if you mess around with the voltage...
