If your BIOS and processor allow for it, yes. If not, you would have to mod it.

Be very careful with cooling. Laptops are not the coolest things to start with, overclocking would only make it hotter

I believe only HK/HQ SKUs support overclocking officially, and your laptop's manufacturer will advertise any overclocking capability.
