New PC, anything you would change?

I'm quite new to PC building and looking to buy a high end future proof PC, I've done some research and picked these parts: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/k6XWqk

Are these parts good, or this there anything you would change to get more out of this PC for around the same amount of money?

If you're going to keep the system for a long time, Ryzen would probably be better. The 1700 costs about the same, and the socket is supposed to be supported for far longer than LGA1151. The 8 (instead of 4) cores will probably benefit you more in the end. You can change the PSU to a weaker one, unless you plan on adding another 1080 Ti to run in SLI.

Since you're spending so much on the rest of the system, maybe change the hard drive to a 2 or 3 TB option

:)

could save a few bux on the windows 10 OS from Kinguin. at which point you might as well get the pro version in case you need so of those features in the future.

future proof

PC

those terms shouldn't be used together especially when talking about an Intel 1151 build

R7 1700 will provide better longevity. Similar performing but much better looking cooler and a white/black mobo to continue the theme.

Intel? Why not Ryzen? Ryzen has better multithread than the i7-7700k. The i7 will do good but ryzen would be better and will have more longetivity.

Futureproof simply doesn't apply to either Ryzen or Kaby Lake.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
