Best Youtube and netflixs tablet per dollar

I am looking for a tablet, I generally use my phone for youtube and Netflix. I would like something with a bigger screen, also I live in Canada and generally use Bluetooth. what tablet would you recommend for my needs?

Yeah. For the absolute best Netflix media consumption tablet, I'd say the iPad Pro 12.9". They cost as much as a high end laptop though, so the OP should look at a refurbished iPad (or the new one, it's not too expensive), or some of Samsung's Tab whatever tablets. Samsung makes some decent tablets that don't cost too much. What it all comes down to is budget.

Get a second hand galaxy tab 3/4.  8" preferably (better performance)

 

They go under 100 all the time in Ottawa.

Im thinking of the $329 iPad. Unless he cant afford it.

I don't have set budget, I would not want to go over 300 cad but I can if it seems worth it.

Defo. Great screen (not as good as iPad Pros and the like, but then this is 1/3 the price), great battery life, it most likely has good speakers, blazing fast, etc.

I have to wonder about the shield tablet - used or new it was rather cheap compared to most ( < $300 as opposed to $500+) has nice front facing stereo speakers, a good size screen, etc.

Yeah with that I would say get $30 more bucks and get the $329 iPad.

eh, i'd rather look towards the asian name-brand devices, or the lower end models from the big names.

Like the iPad @DrMacintosh suggested. It's only $329, which is competitive with other premium-budget tablets.

It does. Just not low end. The iPad is much lower performance, screen, speaker, etc wise than the iPad Pros. It's lower, just not low. Thus why I called it a premium-budget tablet.

And yes Apple has messed with low end before. The iPhone 5c for example. Also the iPod line.

I have some friends who are stuck with those. 8GB of storage and iPhone 5 internals. But they had cool colors!
