SilverStone RVZ03 - a new itx case from SilverStone with RGB

SilverStone had just launched a new itx case in Hong Kong, even though the product page is not yet available on SilverStone's official website. The new case is the RVZ03, a new itx case under the Raven line.

RVZ03 is very similar to the RVZ01-E, as they have the same interior. The difference of the two cases is on the front panel, as RVZ03 has a RGB light stripe integrated on the front panel, and SilverStone's RGB controller LSB01 was bundled with this case, which you can change light stripe's color and display mode via this controller. This controller is also compatible with different motherboard RGB software like Asus Aura Sync, Aura RGB LEDs, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, and others.

This case is now available in Hong Kong for HKD$748(~$96). Pricing and availability of other countries is still unknown at this moment, but you should be able to see this case in Computex at Taiwan later this month.

I've always thought that the raven series looks a bit naff. Too many angles but some people like the aesthetic, also looks like they finally have some IO on the front of the case.

they need to lose that weird forced triangle accent from the case series and it'll look cool.

Any guesses when this'll be available to buy?    I'm hoping to do an itx build in the future and this looks worth considering for it.  At least on the outside.

Doesnt look bad to me. I was thinking if i ever get around to doing a full rebuild i would get something around the size of the Raven. As much as i like big quiet cases, my beast is just too much of a hassle. Id like something small and quiet but that doesnt really exist.

What? The RVZ02 Layout is far better looking, frame is smaller and has most of the same functionality why would they go back to the larger RVZ01 layout?

Makes no sense.

I like the front IO, but think it would be better if they had an HDMI or Display port front adapter...  It would be nice to see more new cases, especially small form factor ones, come out with those connectors on the front for a living room VR experience.

Not 100% with the RGB but I like the box. 4/5 would buy - but would probably disable the RGB.

I have heard that this kind of cases are very popular in the Asian PC hardware market.

They had some on the RVZ02 too, you just had to slide a thing out of the way.

Yeah probably should have made it clearer I meant exposed front panel IO. I always found the Raven implementation finicky.

Looks decent, but no side panel on a case of this size is a lost opportunity.

I've lived in HK my whole life and I've never understood how computer component availability works over here.

Walked around the computer center and there were RVZ03s on sale everywhere. I don't think Silverstone is a HK brand? Zotac and Inno3d are HK brands yet Zotac cards tend to only be available way after their Taiwanese and North American counterparts.

What do you mean? There aren't any special features on the RVZ03 that would, in my opinion, particularly resonate with the Asian market.

Yeah but it looks weird, much nicer having it built into the panel. Personal complaint more than anything, I've always preferred the ML chasis variants.

Fair enough, I'm definitely in agreement with on on that one. The Raven cases always looked way more aggressive than the ML ones, I prefer the lower profile of the ML cases.
