how does it not look good for bethesda titles? they'll be free day 1 via Game Pass and I highly doubt their games would get buggier than they've already been, maybe developing for PC and a single console would actually help them optimize -

Tfw my 2070 Super step up expires right before launch Guess I'll wait for the 4080 -
It's just nice to only need 1 type of cable to charge things

11.5 hours are the advertised estimates. No plans for AMD chips on 13" SLaptop 3.
-
I thought they meant the consumer devices, but yeah for business customers the 15" can come with Intel.
-
This is inaccurate. 13" only comes with Intel and 15" only comes with Ryzen
-
it's meant to be able to run full windows apps as there will be an emulation layer thru windows for x86 and x64 programs, but it won't be flawless so there will still be some programs that won't run on it
-
For the 13" Cobalt and Platinum will still come with the Alcantara keyboard decks, while Sandstone and Black will have machined aluminum decks. For the 15" both Platinum and Black will have machined aluminum decks.

I don't really work on that side of things I'm just relaying what I was told, I'm assuming it's mostly to keep the features uniform across devices

https://www.amd.com/en/processors/ryzen-surface-edition Figured it's easier to share this link than explain everything. The custom chips are based on the Zen+ architecture but extra added graphics cores for better performance. It will charge slower. As for everyone asking about the lack of TB3: the answer we got was that research showed very few people actually take advantage of TB3's bandwidth to make it worth the licensing costs. Also I'm assuming it's to keep in in line with branding now that we have AMD and Qualcomm devices.
